this place was pleasant and the staff was very amiable. the breakfast was satisfactory, had a huge variety of options. i was given a nice size room with fine champagne as well as a bottle of fine champagne. the hotel has perfect location very close to beautiful surroundings, epernay and champagne vineyards. it also was in the beautiful garden.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at this gorgeous Chateau in the heart of wine country. The Provence room had a nice view of the vineyards and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The wine tour is a must, with impressive cellars and delicious champagne. The staff was helpful and provided great restaurant recommendations. We loved staying in a Chateau rather than a typical hotel. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B in the heart of champagne country. La Villa Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm welcome, spacious rooms, and comfortable bed made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the tour of the champagne house's cellars and production facility, where we learned about the fascinating process of making champagne. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We also enjoyed exploring the extensive grounds and indulging in a bottle of their exquisite champagne. Sabrina, the hostess, was incredibly helpful in planning our activities and arranging meals and tours. a truly memorable experience.

The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a cozy and clean house. The breakfast provided was plentiful and served in a lovely room. the guided tour of the cellar was a highlight, offering a fascinating insight into the wine production process.

Some of the rooms were lacking necessary amenities like a closet and kettle, and could benefit from additional furnishings such as an armchair. The individual beds in the double rooms were too small.

We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in the Champagne region for Easter and had a fantastic time. The decor throughout the hotel was luxurious and the gardens were absolutely lovely. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up in the morning! the hotel offered a tour of the cellars and the champagne-making process, which was both informative and interesting. We also enjoyed the outdoor eating area, where we were able to organize a picnic in the evening. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

There were a couple of things that we didn't particularly like during our stay. there was a bell that went off every time we went through the gate, which was quite unnerving for us.

Large, beautiful room with comfortable bed. Clean shower room with good hot shower. Excellent location in the heart of the Champagne region.

No refreshments provided in the room. The constant rain during my stay was a bit of a downer.
